Arsenal reportedly have two of former players on their radar to replace Edu as sporting director, with 'discussions initiated' with one of them.

Tomas Rosicky and Per Mertesacker are the two names mentioned.

Per seems like a natural choice given the fantastic job he’s done with our academy. Tomas seems a bit more of an unknown, but apparently talks with him are already underway.
