It’s based on Kabukicho, which is a red-light district. But I wouldn’t be surprised to find out it has a mascot. The Japanese really love their mascots.

This community does not have a ban on AI generated images. Especially ones as silly and harmless as this.
Should a user abuse AI generated images, such as spamming them, then action will be taken against them. But one-off silly images like this are fine.
During covid, there were people taking ivermectin to treat it.
Ivermectin for horses was a popular choice among these idiots.
