Last solid remaster is probably Age of Mythologies Retold.
Most remasters by now are just junkware though.

I think it’s 6-12 jurors (although it tends to be on the higher end because of dicta from the supreme court)
or I’m missing something

Unanimity is true though. One stubborn juror can cause a mistrial which means the case gets a new trial.
I mean there’s a million eyes on them, they’re either gonna get the right or the whole DA is gonna be in a world of shit.
If it comes out they intentionally framed someone cause they couldn’t find the right guy, there’s no way this won’t come out. Already disregarding the heightened likelyhood on jury nullification and general unwillingness for the public to cooperate.
There’s so many news stations in proximity and so many people who’d speak out in a nanosecond, they can’t even get to fuck around before they find out.
This.
I’m friends with a former Republican social media person. I don’t share his views and he’s knows that, but I can appreciate his views so that I can learn.
Sometimes the most uncomfortable perspective can help you grasp some really complicated things.
And also, you might not even know what their views on the police are.
Just get to know them. Don’t adapt their views if you don’t subscribe to them, but listen to them and maybe you can take away some stuff here and there.

Yeah. I think AI literacy is a real thing and should be taken seriously. Before generating everyone should internalize the boundaries and limitations of any model used.
If you have a hammer, everything’s a nail. And that reflex exists with AI as well, so everyone who uses is has to be careful in regards to that.
Used it as a toy for the longest time but by now I had to do a lot of coding and I was actually able to make good use of code completion AI.
Saved me about a quarter of my time. Definitely worth something. (FYI I use supermaven free tier).
Also I’m using ChatGPT to ask dumb questions because that way I don’t have to constantly interrupt other people. And also as a starting point to research something. I usually start with ChatGPT, then Google specific jargon and depending on the depth of the topic I will read either studies, articles or forum threads afterwards.
It did take me a long time to figure out which AI and when to use it, so mandating this onto the entire government is a gong show more than anything.
No AI is not useless, but it’s always a very specific use case.
If you’re interested, I suggest using the free ChatGPT version to ask dumb questions together with Google to get a feel for what you get. Then you can better decide if it’s worth it for you.

I don’t go on vacations at all so…
Ich erkenne die Station :D (ich sag’s Mal nicht wegen doxxing)
Thrice is awesome, listened to them since Honey and Hurricane.
Nintendo be testing the head of the Hydra theory a lot lately.
Yeah that’s a no for me.
Good thing I’ve always wondered “what if someone did an Activision, but worse?”
Asus sounds good.
Also heard and have seen it from HP work notebooks, wouldn’t wanna buy them now.
Also older Acer or Lenovo laptops used to have a bunch of bloatware on there. Idk if that changed significantly. I do have to say, think pads haven’t let me down though.
If he downloads a lot of movies that might get annoying, but if he’s just streaming them from a Netflix app or something that’s totally doable.
If he plays fallout idk how demanding that is to your disk, but games in general profit from faster storage. Movies usually don’t as much.
If he plays a lot of AAA games that are bigger, his drive will get crowded real quick with 256gb. If it’s just a few fallout games, he will be fine I think.
That said, 256gb is on the lower end of modern notebook hardware FYI, even on SSDs.
The storage sizes are universal, 256gb is 256gb. Just on an SSD it’s faster.
Damn what a video
