Ours did. He specifically told us not to get meteorite rings because we will get fat and meteorite can’t be changed once smithed(?).

Third one definitely had blood and fatalities. With a Konami Code you could unlock one button fatalities. Good times. Unless you had increased the time to enter a fatality and did a stage fatality on a stage without one. Then you had to wait a looooong time for the opponent to fall over.
True. Half Life 1 was awful in German. All the marines were robots. And when you shot a friendly human character they sat down on the ground shaking their head.
Same thing was done in Counter Strike when it went commercial, making it really hard to know whether someone is crouching or dead out of the game.
Patches to put the blood back into games were immensely popular. You’d often find them on the same sites you’d find cracks on.
And of course the effect all the censorship had was that having the latest and greatest most brutal game was more important than having a fun game. You were the king of the schoolyard if you could give the other kids Blood.
I desperately wanted to have this game but it was basically impossible to get in Germany. I was lucky to have Mortal Kombat Trilogy.
Yeah, this guy doesn’t know enough drug dealers and only fans models.
Nono, the lawyer definitely knows what makes a good game.
Yeah, I should have realised that everyone is talking about the US. Everything about their medical system sucks. It’s powered by greed and not much else. I bet most third world countries have better health care than them.
Yeah, I’m in Germany. It is widely known that the US medical system absolutely sucks ass. Doesn’t mean that the concept of health insurance sucks. In most of the developed world it works well. It’s only the US implementation that is majorly flawed.
What is this thread? Since I got chronically ill my insurance has paid my salary for a year and is now paying into unemployment and pension for my wife, who’s caring for me. And besides that they’re still paying for all our medical expenses despite me not paying into them anymore.
Yeah, I had to fight for them to pay for a transport. But overall they definitely are offering a service I am greatly benefitting from.
Works with non-Steam games as well. I even had community profiles for Diablo 2. You just have to give the game the correct name and it should just work™.
When Covid hit my wife was super afraid of Long Covid but I thought that shit wouldn’t get it. Now I’ve been living in my bed for two years because I’m too weak for much else. Yeah, changed my mind about that one.
Fool me once.
I was glad my server did this the other day to make sure the data Lemmy put into my database is secure.
If you’re looking for the best bang for your buck nothing beats assembling it yourself. A pre-built is always much more expensive to pay for assembly.
Failed a test because of that the other day. I’m not even a motorcycle guy and still know that.
I think you have to do the exploration before getting the amulet. At least that’s what someone recommended to me a few weeks ago. And it worked. First time I got perfect exploration scores.
I think it was in a thread where someone was celebrating their perfect score.
So, keep as many mapping scrolls as possible and turn them into foresight by the end. Since I usually get the Rat King’s crown that’s when I explore almost all the floors. I then explore the demon halls after reaching max level.
“Just distribute the server” isn’t a requirement. It has never been a requirement. Who said that’s a requirement?
It’s just a possible solution. And to me it seems to be the easiest since that is the exact way it used to be done.
What exactly publishers will have to do depends entirely on if the campaign is successful and how the resulting laws are written. And may be as simple as an expiration date on all future game sales.
This seems to be similar to Freedoom.
