Google, Apple and few other cloud photo storage service providers recently announced a service to move all your photos from Apple iCloud to Google and vice versa. It takes a few days but it’s all automated. So if you want to move on from iCloud, check that.
You meant which storefront, Xbox or PS5?
Trivia: Mr. Door actor David Harewood later appointed as the president of the Royal Fucking Academy of Dramatic Art.
So unlucky that 2023 was brimming with awesome games so AW2 had to compete with them all. Winning best narrative awards against BG3 was remarkable, and I honestly think it was well earned. Yet it got little to no exposure - only 1.6mil sales over a year and a half? It’s a 16mil game no doubt.
That‘s nice. We have this forepayment discount with all our taxes and tickets instead :D
AirWindows is mindblowing. What’s more mindblowing is AirWindows Consolidated.

We have this E-Government system that centralizes almost all relations with the State, I really don’t remember when was the last time I saw an official document in paper. With all 1000+ official agencies involved, you can access and manage over 8000+ services like GDPR permissions, analogue tv frequency infos, paying traffic tickets, state-backed escrowing, fraud checks, my kids grades, my medical records etc within an handsome mobile/web app.
It was shocking to see even my German friends still need to use their physical mailboxes to handle official stuff. I can imagine it’s even worse at the rest of the western world.

Google’s getting credits for Android being a platform without walls since 2008, but it was almost never possible to jump the fences for the layperson.
When I look back at the last 15 years, I feel nothing but we got conned by the biggest Advertising company disguised as a tech company, to trust they will hold their users in front of their profits, or keep any of their promises.
Steam Deck put them back in the race already.
SteamOS is flourishing with the popularity of the Deck, helping Linux to become a stable gaming platform with Proton and driver support.
It’s also great as a HTPC when connected to a TV. HDR support for external displays arrived just recently.
I think it’s just a matter of time SteamOS jumping from Deck to custom PC builds.
No Mount & Blade either :/
I wonder which ad agency come up with this brilliant hand-washing propaganda after all the shit Mozilla grabbed since the new CEO was in.
One thing no one will tell you HOW LOUD some HDDs could get under load. You may not want any of those disks around if you’re keeping your server around your living spaces.

Anti-war stance, HWPC, getting arrested 3 times at 80+ years old for climate change, supporting LGBTQ+s since 70s etc.
I know all these and I’m just a random guy from Turkiye.
Surprised to see it’s not mentioned here. 24 years old internet radio, still kicking, over 30 channels with hand-picked playlists, almost all of them suitable for concentration. They are sponsoring Def-Con for years. Owner has a great Fediverse presence.
Channels have very interesting concepts like Spy Jazz, Ambient over NASA’s mission broadcasts, Celtic Folk, Vaporwave, 80s Synthpop and my favorite SF 10-33 Ambient over San Francisco Police Radio live feed.
This game feels like the perfect candidate for streaming from XCloud/GeForce Now since all those data doesn’t really need to be transferred all the time. And the game’s design can tolerate a bit input latency.
I happen to use it after the last year’s UI update but UX still needed a lot of work. Did that improved too?
SteamOS is compatible with fuckloads of gamepads and gaming peripherals from JoyCons (+ Gyros) to Airpods (Mode switching etc). It might not be best for the custom hardware though.
