The official “pro” headstrap (~$70) is cheap quality for an expensive price point and isn’t as comfortable as the stuff you can find on Amazon for, like, thirty dollars.

Well sure it can, you just have to switch to Linux!
As of recent, I’ve done both of these.
Honestly, just use
archinstall, it’s a much easier process.
