No one is saying free speech is giving the entire world a soapbox wherever they want .
We’re talking about someone who has been invited by the speaker of the House to speak in front of Congress. This isn’t any random person on a soapbox. This is the speaker of the House of Representatives making an official US government invitation to an ally. Undermining that is absolutely stifling Free speech.
Free speech being stifled by the Liberals. They’re more and more like the far right every day.
If you’re trying to equate or conflate the plight of the founding fathers with the plight of a peoples who hold near absolute domination over the entire region with 22 ethnostates, then you need to go back to history class.
This isn’t a fight for freedom in any way, shape or form. It’s a fight to eliminate the only state that isn’t Muslim in the region.
Well that’s just not correct. This person is being taken into detention. Protocol is to ensure they do not have weapons prior to being detained.

Doesn’t really seem like the folks holding signs and protesting are being arrested. The people who have set up encampments and are trespassing are being arrested, but they’re clearly and obviously breaking the law. Peaceful protest is protected, vandalism, and attacking students or blocking them from accessing the buildings they’re paying tuition to use isn’t peaceful protest. There’s a hell of a lot of video showing that quite a number of these are not peaceful or protests. Signs calling for intifada are not peaceful.
We’ve avoided world wars by allowing conflicts to fester around the globe. I’d be curious whether the death toll would be higher had there been a world war, but I guess there’s still plenty of people left to die in forgotten places like Sudan so the calculation will have to wait.
The UN is a captured organization. It no longer serves its purpose, and is now an arm of the oil producing countries state departments more than anything. I don’t have a good suggestion for what to replace it with but it’s sure AF not worthy of being respected any longer.
