The latter, these are fan comics based on the Disney Channel show of the same name created by Dana Terrace. The show has been over for quite some time now (and it doesn’t seem like Disney is interested in bringing it back) so fan comics/fiction, especially MoringMark’s, have become the main focus of the fandom
