Nothing disposable should have a battery, full stop.
Music (mainly prog rock) and veggie loving, geeky cat butler living in Hertfordshire UK. A lover of all things LOTR (since I first read it over 50 years ago) scifi and what have you. Ex soldier (Royal Artillery) and other trades ;-)
Nothing disposable should have a battery, full stop.
Agree with the crooked hand (am ex UK forces so I accept US have a different salute) but personal style shouldn’t come into it. That should have been twice around the parade square in double time!
His hat is not on straight. And his mouth is open.
Sloppy.
Like Russia, North Korea, Iran or China? In that case we need to hold accountable the head of the company promoting these sort of posts. Musk.
Marco Inaros is just getting started.
Exactly. It’s her, her husband and his golf clubs.
Meet my sister in law. Hardly goes anywhere as she can’t park it. Doesn’t visit my wife anymore as she says out car park is too small. Even though workmen and delivery vans get in and out OK. She had a Peugeot 208 which she could park anywhere, but ‘upgraded’ to a 3008 to fit in with her posh friends. She’s retired. And lives in Hertford UK. Not known for it’s wide sweeping vistas. FFS.
Not all heroes wear capes.
You’re doing good work there, keep it up 😉
The title didn’t say your post had to involve food.
Here in Hertfordshire UK, I use BorrowBox on my phone S23 or an older Samsung tablet I use an an e-reader.
It’s linked to my local library (Ware) but not the best selection. My biggest gripe is that they’ll only have a couple of books from most of the series out there.
You’ll get book 1 or book 3, but hey, I’m not (directly) paying for them so it’s not the worst thing.
Needs more Tolkein!
I imagine it’s pretty much the same in UK - a lot of the people using them for work might be better off with a small van.
But then, they don’t look ‘manly’ do they?
And of course, the compere was Jimmy Savile :-(
Because it’s cool.
Apparently.
I’d like to see all noisy bikes and cars seized and crushed. And the owner billed for the work and time.
Magnificent.
One of our neighbours died. She was 102 and had been ill for a while. My wife was one of the last people to speak to her. She was just fed up with being ill for the last few years and her body just shutting down, she said she was ready to go. Up until a couple of months ago she was still pretty mobile as well. Still sad though.
Not an unpopular opinion here. I’d go as far as to include fishing just for the catch/photo/competition and horse riding, and most certainly horse racing.
It’s from a shop in Germany and the product is called Black Forest Tofu, shouldn’t it be Schwarzwald Tofu?
I thought Taifun was a German company as well.
‘When she cautioned him not to fall asleep in there, his final words were, “Okay, I won’t.”’
At least he was true to his word.
What they said.
