It sucks, it will hurt if it happens, but I try to take a larger view than that, generational suffering.

An old professor of mine would be very angry with Nathan. We had a big disagreement about whether using parts of your own prior work was plagiarism.

I grew up watching Star Trek and, once believing humanity was capable of far more nobility than it is, the idea that we are going to one day spread to the stars is both sad and hilarious.
