Depends on the state and sometimes city.

I’m not sure what Arlington Cemetery actually counts as for law enforcement, but it’s in Virginia, a former slave state.

Fun Fact: the property was confiscated from Robert E Lee following a tax dispute (they couldn’t pay the back taxes they owed from the Civil War)
