I’ll note that the NLRB is appointed by the President; this kind of outcome is only possible because we’ve had a Democratic president the past few years.

    It honestly didn’t occur to me that the people walking around in Amazon branded shirts driving Amazon branded trucks as part of the Amazon delivery fleet could be legally considered not employees at Amazon.

    With enough legislation and rulings like this, we might begin to slightly unbreak this terrible system.

        Not sure about Amazon, but I suspect there’s a difference there. FedEx drivers own their routes and look a bit more like actual contractors. Considering I never see the same Amazon driver and now they’re opening up Amazon Flex (git economy bullshit), I really doubt it’s the same thing.
