Dozens of people have been injured in what's been described as a deliberate attack at a Christmas market. At least 15 people are said to be badly hurt.

Why has this started happening almost every Christmas. An unwanted tradition.

  Why didn’t they use Bollards? It’s pretty much standard nowadays.
  
  At this point it’s just negligent not to use them for christmas markets or other big gatherings
