Here is the question you have to answer were there $0.40 bills that failed (there were), and did they fail because of the $0.40 rate (they did not).

The other user only provided FDR quotes, which is not in contention. You however have not provided any other material except a link you claim proves your point… but naturally it doesn’t which is probably why you didn’t quote anything in the article.

Minimum was started to keep black people from taking white jobs. It’s why I’ve never been a fan of it.
Minimum wage has not helped as with most new deal policies it has harmed everyone it claimed it would help.
