When protonvpn is in tiling mode, it leaves a lot of unused space

    I’d half put this on your window manager. Like, the app isn’t horizontally resizable in a floating window manager either.

    A reasonable position would be to ask cosmic to make the other window take up the unused space.

      i was literally told it has nothing to do with pop: “This has nothing to do with pop-os. If you don’t like this window behavior, take it up with Proton.”

        You need to reach out to the PopOS devs not Lemmy and mention that you’re okay with the tiling being proportioned based on maximum Window size (i.e. most of the screen is tiled to any other applications).
