Retrofitting a dome of that scale to a building not designed for it would have to be nearly as expensive as building new

This is all pretty foolish if you ask me. A dome would be super expensive. I think it’s about time we stop throwing good money after bad.

And as for an arena- only go forward if studies show it will more than likely AT LEAST make back what we put into it. Ideally more.
