I don’t much go in for the mommy blog nonsense. My kids are vaccinated. We do enjoy many of the conveniences modern chemistry and industry have to offer, but some years ago when I was reading about BPA replacements we switched to all glass or bare metal food containers at home and a strong preference for brands that come in glass from the store(or preferably no package at all). Never once have I regretted the extra expense or prep work.
Glass also doesn’t turn a shade of burnt orange after you put leftover spaghetti in it so that’s nice :)
Ugh…
A “toxin” is a poisonous substance produced by a living organism. While all toxins are toxic to something, not all things that are toxic are toxins. As an example caffeine would meet the definition of a toxin (poisonous to insects and mammals in sufficient doses), arsenic would not (poisonous to almost all life, but not produced by a living organism).
Sorry for being so pedantic, but this is a pet peeve of mine.
