Where in California are rents falling the fastest?

Rents were falling in nine of 16 big California cities this summer.

      All the data is from last year to this year (IE 1 years worth of differences). And this is averaged out, so 2.0+ rent increase or decrease over a large area is a HUGE number. What I would like to see is vacancy rates in the same areas.

      That’s what i would like to know. I’d say more seasonal. The drop is so insignificant I am surprised they wasted the time on it. The biggest drop was like 3.8%. That’s not going to help anyone but those in the most dire of straits.
