    It’s not supposed to be a flex.

    If people have built their identity around their party, they can’t even conceive of supporting a candidate of another party.

    The goal of a statement is to give people permission to support her without feeling like they’ve abandoned their identity as a Republican. Nobody thinks Cheney isn’t a Republican.

      That just seems like what an apologist for the duopoly would say.

      She mentioned it for a reason: she is proud, the same as when they both said they are proud supporters of Israel.

      Another forever war and unlimited funding and support will continue, whether it be Trump or Harris.

        How is it defending the duopoly to say that people can vote their conscience without it threatening their identity?
